1. Discovery Call / Email
We start with a conversation. We want to understand what you are trying to achieve, who the audience is, and what success looks like for your business. This takes 10 to 20 minutes and can happen over the phone, email, or in person across Perth.
2. Proposal and Quote
Based on your brief, we put together a clear proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. No vague estimates and no hidden costs that appear later. What is in the quote is what you pay. We aim to work strategically to capture as much content as possible to re-purpose for social media.
3. Pre-Production
This is where the groundwork happens. We confirm locations and timings. For construction sites we handle White Card requirements and any relevant permits for drone operations. Good pre-production is what separates a smooth shoot from a stressful one.
4. Production
We show up prepared, on time, and ready to work efficiently around your team and schedule. Whether it is a single half-day shoot or a multi-day documentary production, we work to minimise disruption to your business while capturing everything we need.
5. Post-Production
Editing, colour grading, sound design, music licensing, and motion graphics are all handled in-house. You will receive a first cut for review, three rounds of revisions are included as standard, and the final deliverable is provided in the formats you need for your channels.
6. Delivery
Final files are delivered via a private download link. Raw media is supplied on request and archived for 12 months. Production stills from every shoot day are included as standard.
